We do not facilitate international shipping or accept orders intended for delivery outside the local territory.

Users must confirm their residency and provide a valid local physical address for successful order placement. Our commitment remains dedicated to the local community, ensuring that every dress reaches its destination through our specialized regional transport partners.

Section 2: Payment Protocols

Rovellanix utilizes a transparent transaction model designed for simplicity and user security. We operate entirely on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. This means that no digital payment happens during the checkout phase on our website. Instead, the full transaction occurs physically at your designated doorstep upon arrival of the package.

Transparency is a core value; therefore, the price displayed in your final order summary is the exact amount required at the time of delivery. There are no hidden fees, service charges, or additional shopping expenses added to your bill. Every order arrives with a clear invoice reflecting the agreed-upon total. Since we collect the total amount manually, users should ensure the presence of the exact sum during the delivery window to facilitate a smooth handoff.

Our delivery timeline spans approximately 3 to 4 business days. We dedicate 1 business day to internal processing, which involves meticulous packaging and handover to our logistics partners. The subsequent transit phase typically requires two to three business days. We provide updates regarding the progress of your shipment to ensure you are prepared for the arrival.

Regarding order adjustments, cancellations remain possible only while the package resides within our internal warehouse facilities. Once the items enter the logistics phase and dispatch occurs, the delivery cycle must reach completion. We encourage all users to review their selections thoroughly before finalizing the checkout process.

Section 3: After-Sales

We stand behind the physical quality of our apparel through a 30-day return policy. This window begins the moment the courier hands the package to the recipient. We recognize that issues may arise, such as receiving a damaged item, an incorrect style, or a product that does not align with the specified measurements. For valid claims regarding damage or errors, we arrange a complimentary pickup service. Our team manages the logistical costs for these returns, ensuring no fiscal burden falls on the shopper. Once the item returns to our facility, we conduct a detailed inspection within twenty-four hours to assess the condition. If the inspection confirms the issue, we proceed with a replacement. If the specific dress is unavailable or the damage is extensive, a full refund is initiated.

Since our primary transaction method is COD, we do not possess your banking credentials. Consequently, our support team will reach out via email to request your bank transfer details. Once provided, the refund process begins immediately. It generally takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your specific banking institution's processing speeds.

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on a change of mind or personal preference shifts after the purchase. We advocate for conscious shopping; please ensure your commitment to the purchase before ordering. Additionally, we do not apply any restocking fees for processed returns, maintaining a fair experience for our community.
